Our Team

Founder

Loling Joseph leads Milestone Foundation in delivering community-driven programs, and projects aimed to cause impact for orphaned and vulnerable children, women, and youth in Uganda, with a focus on Karamoja and underserved urban slum communities.

He is a humanitarian photographer and a trainee in Medical Laboratory Sciences in Soroti University (SUN), combining community leadership, visual storytelling, and a growing health background to support people-centred development.

Programs & Health Officer

Lochoro Pauline Peninah is a trained midwifery professional, from International Institute of Health Sciences, Jinja (IIHS) whose work is shaped by lived experience growing up in Masese Slum, Jinja. Rising from a low-income background, and through education, she brings firsthand understanding of the challenges faced by vulnerable families.

Community Outreach Officer

Agan Philip is a committed community worker whose service is shaped by lived experience and a strong passion for supporting children and vulnerable families.

Having grown up in circumstances similar to those faced by the communities Milestone Foundation serves, he brings practical understanding, patience, and empathy to his work

Community Support Associate

Lochoro Moses is a committed community worker whose service is shaped by lived experience of hardship. Growing up in a vulnerable environment in Karamoja gave him a deep understanding of the challenges faced by underserved families and the importance of compassion, support, and opportunity.

At Milestone Foundation, Moses supports community activities focused on children and vulnerable households, bringing dedication, empathy, and a strong sense of responsibility to his work.
