In Uganda’s most marginalized communities, thousands of children grow up without access to safe, functional schools. Long walking distances, unsafe learning environments, poverty, and lack of basic facilities force many vulnerable children—especially girls and orphans—to drop out before they can complete primary education. For these children, the absence of a school is not just an education gap; it is a loss of protection, dignity, and future possibility.
Milestone Foundation’s Karamoja School Project exists to change this reality. We are committed to creating safe, inclusive, and child-centered learning spaces where children can learn, grow, and dream without fear.
By constructing classrooms, libraries, sanitation facilities, and supportive school infrastructure, we open doors to quality education for children who would otherwise be left behind.
